Collinsville Special Olympics athletes and unified partners participated in a Unified Sports track and field event at Breese High School.  The team earned 5th place overall. 

Special Olympics Unified Sports promotes social inclusion through sport through shared sports training and competition experiences. Unified Sports joins people with and without intellectual disabilities on the same team. It was inspired by a simple principle: training together and playing together is a quick path to friendship and understanding.

Collinsville High School is a Special Olympics Unified Champion School.
