The Student Services office handles important business for parents, students, former students and graduates. The office is located in the CUSD 10 Administrative Annex, 123 W. Clay Street, Collinsville (across the street from the Madison County Transit Station). The department operates under the direction of Assistant Superintendent Bradley Hyre. Responsibilities of the Student Services Office
Enrollment, Registration & Records
Students’ and parents’ first contact with Unit 10 takes place in the Registration and Records section of the Student Services department. Students are enrolled, registered and given school assignments through Student Services.
Graduates, former students and parents also have access to school records via the Student Services office. This office also sends student records to colleges and employers.

Transportation
Student Transportation is coordinated through the Student Services department. Our transportation partner is First Student.
Residency & Truancy
Residency checks and student truancy are completed by the department’s attendance officer.
