Individuals who attended or graduated from schools in the Collinsville School District may request copies of their academic and/or health records through Parchment.

Transcript Basics

• Collinsville High School uses Parchment to send official transcripts quickly, securely, and electronically to colleges, scholarship programs, and other organizations.
• Current CHS students can send electronic transcripts through Parchment at no cost or pick up copies through the Registrar’s Office.
• Alumni can send electronic transcripts through Parchment.  

Getting Started

• For the best experience, use a computer or tablet when logging into Parchment.
• Transcript requests are handled during regular school hours. Please allow up to one week (7 business days) for processing.

Setting Up Your Parchment Account

1. Access the Parchment website to make sure your account connects properly to your CHS transcript.
2. Sign up using a personal email address you’ll always have access to.
3. Students should create their own accounts. Parents and guardians should not create accounts on a student’s behalf.
4. If you already have an account and can’t reset your password, reach out directly to Parchment Support for help.

Questions regarding academic and health records for students currently enrolled in the district should be directed to the main office of the student’s school. Questions regarding records for graduates or previous enrollees may be directed to the Office of Records and Registration at 618-346-6350, ext. 4228.
