Time to Schedule Back-to-School Physicals for 26-27 School Year

The State of Illinois requires immunizations, physical examinations, eye and dental exams for children in school. These student health requirements apply to all schools in Illinois - public, charter or private. Noncompliance can result in a child being excluded from school. To assist families whose children need school or sports physicals, and/or immunizations for the upcoming school year, SIHF Healthcare will have their mobile unit at Collinsville High School on Wednesday, July 29, and Thursday, July 30, from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE TO ALL CUSD 10 STUDENTS.
