PARTNERSHIP WITH SIHF HEALTHCARE

In 2022, Collinsville Community Unit School District #10 entered an agreement with SIHF Healthcare to provide a school-based health center at Collinsville Middle School.  The in-school clinic is open to all CUSD 10 students, teachers and staff.  Insurance is accepted, but not required.

Dental Safari Mobile Dental Care

Dental Safari Company logo.Dental Safari Company visits Collinsville CUSD 10 schools every year to offer dental wellness checkups and urgent care treatment for children ages 0 through 19.  Children receive a visual exam by a licensed dentist, a cleaning, fluoride treatment and sealants as needed on the hygiene service date at their school. 

All children are eligible, and some can be treated at little or no cost.  Medical card and private insurance are accepted; there is also grant-based coverage and PayPal payment. Click HERE to learn more about how Dental Safari works.

Eye Thrive Mobile Vision Screenings

The Eye Thrive logo is displayed.Eye Thrive travels to Collinsville CUSD 10 schools to offer vision screenings and optometry services to children who qualify based on family income. Eye Thrive optometrists conduct vision screenings onsite. Their Mobile Vision Clinic provides eye exams and can provide most prescription glasses the same day. For information, contact your child’s school.
